Follow these three important external steps to reach your goal of attaining healthy, shining & thick hair

Moisturize:

Coconut Oil: Rub the oil on your scalp (2 tablespoons for ladies) and cover it with a towel & relax for 30 minutes before you wash it out with a mild shampoo. Repeat every two days for moisturizing and strengthening hair follicles. Coconut oil’s anti-fungal agents also help protect against dandruff and other scalp problems.

Olive Oil: Warm the needed quantity of oil (2 tablespoons for ladies) for 20 seconds. Rub the oil on your scalp (2 tablespoons for ladies) and cover it with a towel & relax for 30 minutes before you wash it out with a mild shampoo. Repeat every two days for moisturizing and strengthening hair follicles.

Wash your hair: Wash your hair every 2 days to get rid of the dirt. Avoiding washing regularly as this might result in the loss of too much moisture.

Brush your hair: Brush your hair daily for at least 5 minutes. Start by brushing the scalp and move slowly down to the ends. This stimulates the follicles and brings nutrient rich blood to the scalp.
